Nobel Laureate Professor Sir Martin Evans is to deliver the 2013 Sir Richard Gardner Lecture, at the Medical Sciences Teaching Centre on Friday 1 November at 4pm.
In his lecture entitled ‘Stem cells then and now‘ Sir Martin will provide a historical perspective on stem cell biology underpinning current advances in the field.
The Sir Richard Gardner Celebratory Lecture is jointly hosted by The Oxford Stem Cell Institute and Oxford University Biochemical Society.
The lecture will be followed by a drinks and canapés reception.
