Sixth form students are being invited to think about global health challenges in an essay writing competition launched by Oxford Global Health Group (OGHG) and the Dunn School.
The students must pen 1,250 words in answer to the question: “What lessons have we learnt from the past century that should shape the solutions to global health challenges we face today?’’
Judging panel member and Dunn School Professor Chris Tang said: “I’m excited about what the sixth formers come up with and I’ll be looking for a lively, well argued piece with the evidence to back up the argument.’’
Prizes up for grabs include cash and publication in a leading medical student journal.
