Penicillin Oratorio

Premiere of a new music piece, especially commissioned by the Dunn School and Lincoln College to celebrate our Centenary and Lincoln’s 600th Anniversary, by award winning composer Emily Howard and poet Michael Symmons-Roberts will premiere at the Holywell Music Room. The music will celebrate the world-changing impact of the development of penicillin.

To mark our centenary and the 600th anniversary of Lincoln College, the Dunn School and Lincoln College have jointly commissioned a new piece of music to celebrate the development of penicillin from Lincoln alumna, and award-winning composer, Emily Howard. The oratorio will feature lyrics by her collaborator, the poet Michael Symmons Roberts.
