Dunn School postdoc Kinga Kamieniarz-Gdula awarded £1.1 million to start her own lab in Poland

As of October 2019, Dr. Kinga Kamieniarz-Gdula is an assistant professor and group leader at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology (IBMiB) at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan, Poland. Before then, Kinga was a postdoc in Professor Nick Proudfoot’s lab at the Dunn School.

Promoting junior scientists – Another year of successful partnership with the Pegasus Primary School

EMBO Long Term Fellowship Awarded to Dunn School Postdocs

Two Dunn School postdocs, Dr Katharina Braunger and Dr João Monteiro, were awarded the EMBO Long Term Fellowship for early career researchers in June 2019. Both Dr Braunger and Dr Monteiro joined the Dunn School earlier this year, and will now enjoy generous funding for 2 years of research.
