Postdoc Mel McDowell from Susan Lea’s group has been awarded an EMBO long term fellowship. The award will support her research visit to Irmgard Sinning’s lab at Heidelberg University. Sinning’s group focusses on molecular machines involved in protein targeting, insertion and membrane translocation.
