Public engagement and outreach

Communicating our research to the public is an important part of what we do. Many of our researchers, from DPhil students to senior academics, take part in a wide range of activities that aim to engage youngsters and adults with the excitement of science and the work going on in the Dunn School. We take an active part in helping to improve access for everyone to study science and medicine at the University.

Our researchers can be found entertaining audiences at science festivals, Café Scientifique venues, local museums, in schools, and on the radio and television. Check out the news section of the website for further details.
