This explains how to view student details on the Oracle Student System (OSS).

1. Go to this link.

2. Enter your single sign-on details

3. Select OSS Dataview or View OSS Data

4. Select from the list the Submitted Graduate Applications dataview (near bottom of list) and click Go.

5. On screen headed Submitted Graduate Applications Search Parameters do the following:

        -From Academic calendar dropdown menu select appropriate start year and term (usually MT).
        -From UAB dropdown menu select Pathology Dunn School

        -Click on Search

6. You should see a list of applicants listed alphabetically. If you see no students you probably missed out a step in 5.

7. To view the details of an applicant click on the link in the Academic Summary column.

8. Click on links to see the Application Form and References. These will open in a new browser window/tab.

9. Once you have read these go to the window/tab still showing the Academic Summary and click on Back button to return to the list of students.
